TM: Help

Software package "TM: The reference" it is intended for process automation of formation, issue, storage, search, accounting of medical certificates in treatment and prevention facilities and at the regional level.

In structure of a basic set "TM: The reference" the functional parts (FP) enter:

• "TM: Reference Portal";
• "TM: Spravka-RIR";
• "TM: Reference health facilities".

To FC TM: Spravka-Portal it is intended for check of validity of the medical certificates arriving from health facilities on the regional level using interactive a web of the interface and provides:

• The authorized access to the database of medical certificates of citizens of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation.
• Request and viewing medical certificate of a special sample of citizens of the Russian Federation.

To FC TM: Spravka-RIR it is intended for functioning at the regional level regarding storage of data on the medical certificates issued to the insured and uninsured persons of accumulation of the database on medical certificates, maintaining the uniform normative reference information in the subject of the Russian Federation and provides:

• Maintaining normative reference information of the regional level;
• Receiving and loading in the RIR database of information from health facilities on the issued medical certificates.

To FC TM: Spravka-LPU it is intended for functioning in health facilities regarding accounting, input, processing, search and storage of data on the medical certificates issued to the insured and uninsured persons implementation of exchange of the specified data with RIR and provides:

• formation and database maintenance of the medical certificates issued to citizens in health facilities;
• access to a regional segment of the register of the personal data insured for search in the Full Name and on date of birth;
• access to the register of categories of citizens (RCC) for search of data on disability of the patient in a series and passport number;
• request and viewing history of medical certificates of the patient from the RIR database;
• unloading in the RIR database of the created medical certificate;
• viewing magazine of medical certificates of patients;
• control of correctness of the entered data on the citizen;
• printing of medical certificates of the set sample:

• formation of statistical and analytical reporting:

1. Журнал registration of the issued medical certificates about admission to control of vehicles No. 036-10/u-10 (the form is approved by the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2010 No. 831n);
2. Журнал registration of medical surveys for state of intoxication of persons which manage vehicles No. 304/at. (the form is approved by the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2003 No. 308).

• creation and printing of the agreement on rendering paid medical services to the patient with indication of the cost of the rendered medical service;
• providing information on the rendered services for implementation of financial and economic accounting on the basis of integration of a complex with the corresponding software and hardware solutions;
• maintaining reference books;
• information exchange of the normative reference information of the regional level.

In the Omsk region based on a software package "TM: The reference" regional service of accounting of driver's references in form 036-10/u-10 approved by the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2010 No. 831n is brought into operation.
