According to the survey, conducted by Indaspace and Tabula Sense in early June 2023 among 1,2 thousand small and medium-sized companies throughout Russia, this problem has become widespread among every third company, which, due to the introduction of partial removal, decided to move to a smaller office.

Using the booking system, employees can track which of their colleagues will visit the office during a specific period, and arrange meetings, search among colleagues for people with the necessary expertise and interests, synchronize with managers and HR. Indaspace allows you to use office resources with maximum efficiency. Through the application of the same name, you can book a desktop, meeting room, parking space, gyms, seats in corporate transport, etc.

Tabula Sense develops tables with built-in equipment: from USB and wireless chargers, sockets and music speakers to a coffee heating system. Tabula Sense tables and the integrated Indaspace reservation system are focused on serving the corporate sector and meet all IT security requirements, the companies said.

By June 22, 2023, the cost of such a table is from 15 thousand rubles, the integrated booking system is 15 thousand rubles. Subscription to the service is 300 rubles per month for one workplace.
