According to the press service of Rostec, by mid-December 2023, Techmash completed the second stage of the project, within the framework of which the architecture of the platform for Techmash enterprises was determined and a unified model of data from the platform for design and technological preparation of production was created. It will allow, among other things, virtual tests of promising products, as well as prepare the launch of production. In addition, licenses for a complex of domestic software have been obtained, the state corporation said.
The project is also funded by the state. So, at the end of 2022, Techmash received a grant in the amount of 355 million rubles from the Russian Information Technology Development Fund (RFRIT), which is part of the group of the state corporation for the development of ВЭБ.РФ, for the development of design and technological preparation of production based on Russian software.
Rostec notes that the use of a digital industrial design platform will increase the competitiveness and economic efficiency of enterprises, speed up the processes of creating and producing products.
The creation of domestic solutions for the design and preparation of production, including the use of digital twins, is a question of the technological sovereignty of our country. Thanks to industry industrial software, Rostec enterprises will accelerate the development and production of modern products. The new system, being finalized today, will be introduced at nine plants of the Techmash concern.
