The Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) - the business solution allowing to automate document flow and office-work of the organization of any specifics and scale. The EDMS developed by Technologika company is based on the Microsoft SharePoint platform that automatically means a possibility of its integration with products of Microsoft and also with the products developed on technologies of Microsoft.

  • Approval of agreements;
  • Organizational and Administrative Document Flow (OADF);
  • Registration of the entering and outgoing documents.

In scales of all organization or separate divisions, it is possible to optimize document flow processes: creations, processings, mailings and document storages practically any formats and types.

Very simple interface is provided in our EDMS system. On acquaintance with a system at users usually leaves up to 2 days. It is enough to begin a full-fledged work in a system.

  • The document in a system is not one file, but an object under the name "Document Card". In it all information on the document – a file set, the instructions connected with the document, etc. is concentrated;
  • Tracking of version control at documents and cards - the function allowing to glance in the change history of the document. For each version the author, date and time is specified;
  • Service for documents of internal correspondence - memos and letters. Letters have the form imitating a normative type of internal documents. The document is created and registered in a system automatically on the basis of data in a card;

  • The electronic digital signature of the document - is implemented for protection of documents against falsification. The signature confirms authorship of the document and protects its contents from distortion;
  • "Smart" folders - any document are enough to be dragged in the "smart" folder located on a desktop, and it automatically will appear in EDMS in the section with draft copies and the filled document Card fields;
  • The system of notifications – the user can receive on mail of the notification on new instructions, about change of the status of order, about accomplishment term, etc. Through the link in the notification it is possible to pass to order for its accomplishment. What notifications receive, the user can configure;

Instructions according to documents

Implementing itself our EDMS, the customer, in fact, receives two products: SKIP and EDMS. Why it is made? As you know, work with documents and not only with them, it is easier to organize using tasks. It is so simpler to plan time for their accomplishment and to control their execution. Acquaintance, execution and approval – standard procedures which usually concern documents.

When the document with which it is necessary to examine, approve or perform goes to EDMS, in a system working instructions under approval, acquaintance, execution are automatically got. All of them are displayed in the section of SKIP in the EDMS interface.

Feature of our EDMS which is profitable distinguishing it from other systems is what in the section of SKIP it is possible to get not only the instructions connected with documents. It is possible to set tasks and to issue the instructions connected with other workflows which do not have under themselves a documentary basis.
