According to the company, the solution "Robotization of Routine Transactions" helps to optimize IT processes using program "robots": on the basis of rules of business logic they perform the set repeating functions and workflows in information systems – in the same way as it would be made by the person. It exempts employees from uniform labor-consuming tasks during the work with the computer, for example: analysis of mail, formation of standard set of documents, input of the same information on the websites, works with standard customer appeals, etc. Thus time for more creative and difficult activity is released, execution accuracy increases, process is implemented more qualitatively, and costs are reduced. If functions of customer interaction are robotized, then the response time decreases by requests that increases company competitiveness and loyalty of its audience.

The product is focused on requirements of a broad spectrum of customers: state structures, telecom operators, financial institutions, industrial, fuel and energy, transport and trade enterprises.

Implementing solution by specialists of Technoserv includes calculation of efficiency of the project based on own technique, development or adaptation of the robot based on one of platforms under the purposes and the customer's tasks, his integration into IT infrastructure and support of the robot at changes of the external websites and internal systems. Algorithmization of work of employees is executed using the RPA platforms (Robot Process Automation).

The extensive base of methodological practices and approaches on building of RPA processes in the companies of the different industries allowed experts of Technoserv to develop own technique of robotization which is the central part of the product "Robotization of Routine Transactions". It considers types of processes which are supposed to be robotized, criteria of implementation, the IT landscape existing at the customer, requirements of information security, potential loading and allows to define what product of vendor will become optimal in each case – in terms of simplicity of integration and the maximum covering of the stated tasks. For this reason the solution of Technoserv does not require long and compound integration in the IT landscape which is available for the customer, and on average the project is calculated from 2 to 12 months depending on quantity and complexity of processes.

For robotization it is reasonable to select the labor-intensive processes with the registered rules and a large number of standard transactions which are regularly repeating and requiring use of resources of several IT systems. Within one project it is optimal to work with two-four small processes or one difficult, polysynthetic. And for coordination, management and monitoring of operation of several robots or accomplishment of several tasks the product "Robotization of Routine Transactions" includes the special solution – an orkestrator.
