"The digital double of production" supports visualization of real objects complete online (production lines, workshops and the equipment). It is executed using full-function digital 3D models which using IIoT technology are in real time enriched with data (including information on the environment and operating conditions).

2020: Solution development "Digital double of production"

On August 11, 2020 the Technoserv company, one of the Russian system integrators, provided the next product in a line of solutions for industrial enterprises – "Digital Double of Production".

The product helps to estimate quickly overall effectiveness of the enterprise, to model and plan productive activity.

Evident display of an objective picture of production processes and operation of the equipment with the current significant characteristics provide function of monitoring and diagnostics of a production equipment. It is necessary for control and the subsequent optimization of the technology processes, for support of acceptance weighed and operational management decisions. Also "The digital double of production" allows to carry out modeling of production processes and systems, to create virtual designs. Reconstruction of production in computer space helps to estimate as processes in different conditions will change.

Product introduction "The digital double of production" is most effective if at the enterprise the big range and variety of operating conditions or a large number of a different production equipment to which access for service and control is complicated. Especially relevant it for the enterprises working in the field of power, aircraft industry, production of difficult industrial equipment, the medical equipment, the railway and automobile transport systems.

At solution development Technoserv considered different requirements and level of digitalization of the enterprises. Also the complexity of creation of the digital double in full for one stage was taken into account. Therefore the product has modular structure that gives the chance to the enterprises to select missing options or to implement the project step by step, tsifroviziruya functions in turn.

The following modules enter the product "Digital Double of Production":

• The platform of industrial Internet of Things for monitoring of the equipment and technology processes (a software platform of Winnum). The enterprise can select option of implementation or receiving in the form of service based on a cloud platform the Technoserv Cloud. All known controllers are supported (Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Mitsubishi, Balt-Sistem, Schneider Electric, Shimaden, Omron, etc.) and the main industry protocols, and the equipment which is not equipped with own controllers it can be connected using the communication module Winnum Hardware OE (for the rare systems individual support is possible).
• Creation of high-performance IT infrastructure of the enterprise, including the protected segments of technology network.
• Development of 2D\3D-models depending on requirements of the enterprise.
• Development of integration and behavioural algorithms of a digital system.

Creation of the digital double can become the first step to the Industry 4.0. Our product provides tools for digitization of production processes taking into account the current level of a maturity of the enterprise.
