2021: Description of the system "SBIS Webinars and Video Ministries"

According to information for December 2021, the SBIS Webinars and Video Ministries service allows you to organize video calls and video broadcasts, webinars or presentations for an unlimited number of participants with the connection of several cameras, demonstration of PowerPoint slides, Word documents, Excel or audio/video playback.

Video meetings

SBIS will send materials for familiarization and help to schedule the meeting time, taking into account the schedule of participants. So that no one forgets about the time, the SBIS will leave a reminder in the personal calendar and independently "call" everyone at the appointed time.

Webinars for seminars and presentations

The SBIS webinar mechanism allows you to hold events for customers and employees:

  • For sales. In the registration form, you need to select the required fields with contacts. As a result, a list of potential customers is ready. You can load it into SBIS CRM and start calling.
  • For training. SBIS will invite all viewers of the webinar to the next ones automatically. It is also possible to download the directory of employees to the SBIS, select departments, and the SBIS will invite only them to the webinar.

Flexible configuration of the webinar card allows you to create a landing in the designer. Just add a banner, logo, background, description, materials in any format, speakers, organizer and contacts to the standard topic.

Viewers of the webinar can ask questions not only by text, but also by "voice," during the event using a microphone and camera.

All materials in a single "cloud"

Right in the course of the video meeting, the usual features are available - text chat, file sharing, online viewing and joint editing of documents.
