The Teradata corporation announced in October, 2010 the beginning of provision of services on creation of Competence Centers on a business intelligence (Business Intelligence Competency Center – BICC). These structures integrate people, processes and technologies for the purpose of implementation of effective remedies of decision making and tools of analytics within the organization.

The division of Teradata Professional Services offers consulting services by assessment and the analysis of the existing BI space in comparison with world practices and also services in creation of the BICC centers. Teradata Professional Services can give support in work of BICC using the qualified experts in the field of data migration, data management, development of BI solutions and support of analytical applications. Teradata can also provide support in management of the BICC center.
