Customer Interaction Manager is a comprehensive solution used by marketing divisions of a number of leading global brands to analyze customer data, segment audiences, launch "events" that entail relevant, measurable customer engagement in real time, coordinate a multi-channel dialogue between online and offline channels.

Teradata Customer Interaction Manager is a key element of the Integrated Marketing Management (IMM) portfolio and a central application-direction through which marketers get more information and act better to improve customer relations, stimulate profit growth.

Referring to feedback from users, Teradata noted that Customer Interaction Manager helped:

  • increase profitability by 50%,

This solution is based entirely on standard technologies using a simple and intuitive interface that support data from any database, working with various configurations of databases and cloud services.

The application environment and client database components can be shipped from a secure remote data center ("cloud") or installed in the client's local IT environment.
