"The credit under turnover" — service which allows bank to estimate instantly turnovers on the online cash desks connected to any fiscal data operator and on the basis of the acquired information to issue to the entrepreneur the credit.

2020: Integration about Circuit.OFD

SKB Kontur and "Modulbank" were integrated. Now clients of Modulbank after consent to data transmission can be credited under turnover from the online cash desks connected to a Circuit.OFD. 2018: Launching

On May 31, 2018 OFD.RU fiscal data operator in partnership with Modulbank started The Credit under Turnover service.

Service is provided only on the basis of the consent of the entrepreneur by a bank inquiry. Service consists of two stages: scoring of the borrower at the time of the request for the credit and credit monitoring. For example, if turnovers on an online Qassam grow, the bank can suggest the borrower to increase a credit limit. Information on turnover is transferred to OFD.RU to bank in the aggregated type (without indication of commodity nomenclatures) using specially developed API. The solution allows to obtain data from the cash desks connected to any OFD.

Information on turnovers of cash desks is available for any period — from the beginning of connection of service to OFD.RU and before date of a bank inquiry if cash desks were earlier connected to OFD.RU. On the cash desks serviced by other OFD, information can be obtained after connection of free service OFD.RU "Test-drayv" (connection to OFD.RU in parallel with the operating fiscal data operator).

The credit amount in Modulbank makes from 90 thousand to 500 thousand rubles. The limit of the credit is recalculated every month — the more turnovers on cash desk and the account, the limit is higher. A credit rate — 12% per annum. To obtain the credit, the entrepreneur needs to be registered in a personal account on the website of Modulbank and to enter a unique digital key from API OFD.RU. The key is issued to the entrepreneur after his registration in a personal account of OFD.RU in the section of Marketplace on the page of The Credit under Turnover service. After input of a key the bank analyzes turnovers on a Qassam and makes the decision on the credit. Thanks to service the provisional solution is made on issuance of credit in 10 seconds.

Our solution automates process of obtaining information on turnover and can be integrated with any bank. The Credit under Turnover service is free for the borrower, reduces time for receiving the credit and does not depend on OFD to which cash desks are connected. The solution is especially relevant for small and microbusiness which this year switches to online cash desks.
