For October, 2018 more than 2,700,000 clients use services of telemedicine service "The Doctor Is Near Telehoney".

The telemedicine service "The Doctor Is Near Telehoney" conforms to all main requirements to telemedicine services, in particular the Order of the Ministry of Health No. 965n and also has the obligatory medical license and professional software solutions for authorization and data protection about patients.

2018: Implementation of AI development from Doc +

On October 25, 2018 The Doctor Is Near company reported that together with Doc + successfully completed the joint project on adaptation of a system for automatic check of medical appointments on the basis of the AI technology developed by specialists of mobile clinic Doc+ and supplemented an algorithm of assessment of medical protocols with medical data "The doctor nearby". Result of the Doc joint project + and "The doctor nearby" will allow to simplify and accelerate system implementation in information systems of other medical clinics that can have significant effect on health care market as replenishment of a system the updated data will constantly improve and specify an algorithm of assessment of medical protocols for all users of a system.

Earlier this development was used only for verification of maps of patients of mobile clinic Doc+. Within the joint project in the summer of 2018 "The doctor nearby" gave Doc + several thousands of medical protocols for training of an algorithm, and Doc + trained a system in work with data from external sources and created API for solution integration with the information systems "The Doctor Is Near". Since October 11, 2018 development of Doc + is integrated into a quality control system "The doctor nearby".

A system automatically checks 100% of all maps by 15 parameters from completeness of collecting of the anamnesis, to correctness of the appointed dosages of drugs. The algorithm analyzes dependences between the data specified in the card and puts down marks on each of criteria. Documents with low marks are transferred to doctors for additional expert evaluation. It allows to lower many times a possibility of errors in execution of protocols, three times to reduce participation of doctors in verifications of medical documents and also to make check impartial.

We constantly work on improvement of quality of our services and customer service. System implementation will allow the medical companies to control quality of all rendered medical services, in real time to reveal possible errors of doctors, both regarding medical appointments, and in document creation and also to collect statistics for a feedback and formation of training programs of doctors.
