2020: Start of the marketing product Eventspromo for promotion of actions and concert venues
On March 10, 2020 the Ticketscloud company announced start of the marketing product Eventspromo for promotion of actions and concert venues on the Internet. To event managers will propose the complete solution on holding digital-campaigns. The solution will allow to optimize advertizing expenses and will save time of advertisers.
From 10% to 30% of all expenses on the organization of an action it is the share of promotion. The concert agencies and organizers often lack examination, and sometimes just time and resources in a complex to deal with a promotion issue. The Digital-campaign on average includes 7 advertizing channels, each of which demands competent management and control. Eventspromo will allow to give almost all services connected with promotion on the Internet on an outsource.
The command of the product Ticketscloud included specialists with work experience in show business and in the international digital-agencies. This synthesis allows Eventspromo to carry out as large-scale federal campaigns, and to pointwise advance actions, relying on experience of booking operators. In addition, unlike Ticketscloud advertizing agencies with the permission of organizers uses databases of visitors of actions that allows to interact with them more effectively.
The product Eventspromo includes media planning, data collection and segmentation of target audience, targeting — in advertizing offices of Facebook, Instagram, VK and through the MyTarget platform — on hot and cold audience, work with publics and meetings in social networks, a context in Yandex, Google, banner advertizing in context and media networks and also mailings on bases of the company.
The solution was already used in a campaign for promotion of a concert of the Estonian rapper Tommie Cash where ROI in 605% was reached. At promotion of Club of Alexey Kozlov the Eventspromo command increased traffic by the website for 40%, average ROI made 250%.
In the next plans at Ticketscloud to build end-to-end analytics of all resources of promotion, to integrate automation of contextual advertizing and to configure CPA networks. So it will be possible to automatically determine efficiency of advertizing channels and rates on advertizing soon and to optimize expenses on promotion even more.
