2017: Integration with Hotel Manager Assistant Ecvi

On April 20, 2017 the Tillypad company announced integration of ERP with a cloud management system for hotels, apartments and Ecvi hostels.

This step created conveniences, as for guests, and representatives of hotel business. Administrators can control all purchases and the ordered services of the guest in a single system, guests had an opportunity to pay for a power supply according to the results of all orders at departure. Data on orders at restaurants at hotels register in the same guest accounts on which calculation for accommodation in numbers or apartments is conducted — it facilitates control and accounting.

2016: Integration "Sberbank Online"

On October 6, 2016 the press service of Tillypad company announced integration of the automation system of Tillypad restaurants with mobile application "Sberbank Online".

The company stated: institutions of public catering with the working system of accounting of Tillypad can offer the guests service for payment of account now. For calculation at restaurant the client of Sberbank needs to enter in the appendix the check number or the club card. Payment will be carried out instantly.

    • information on charges on the rewards program are available in a personal account.

For "Sberbank Online" integration into the Tillypad automation system became one more step towards expansion of a range of opportunities of mobile application. We are glad to provide to our clients a convenient opportunity to pay bills quickly and safely, to receive detailing, useful to the personal purposes, by expenses and specific positions from the menu. Such functionality has no analogs in Russia today, but it will become possible in the near future an integral part of service in the best institutions of public catering of the country.

Relying on extensive long-term experience, the Tillipad company developed the innovative solution – the TillyPad XL automation system intended for integrated management of catering establishments of network. The idea of creation of the TillyPad XL system appeared as a result of marketing researches which showed that in connection with intensive development of the sphere of public catering, daily in Russia more and more networks of restaurants, bars and cafe open while the full-fledged management system for network institutions in the Russian market did not exist.

Predicting a trend of mass emergence of network institutions in the field of public catering, the Tillipad company more than three years ago, started development of the system of new generation which had to allow to manage effectively activity of several institutions at once.

The big group of professionals consisting of programmers, marketing specialists, restaurateurs as there was an effective objective worked on creation of the TillyPad XL system: create a product which should conform to the highest requirements. Emergence of essentially new system which according to experts, on the functionality considerably advances everything the automation systems of catering establishments existing in the Russian market became result of work of specialists.

After several test stages, at the end of 2007 for the purpose of final completion of a product, the TillyPad XL system was installed in one of the largest networks of restaurants of St. Petersburg where under observation of specialists the revealed flaws were eliminated and all necessary functionality was in addition programmed. Similar long testing in really operating network of restaurants allowed to create the final version the TillyPad XL system which is the only system of integrated management of networks of restaurant business.

Not having on a set of functionality of analogs, the TillyPad XL system is developed taking into account all production and business processes in the field of public catering, and has the high performance and faultless reliability. High performance of TillyPad XL is reached due to purposeful distribution of information on databases, and reliability of a system is provided with the mechanism of full-function autonomy which guarantees stable work of all institutions of restaurant network.

The TillyPad XL system allows to manage on a centralized basis business processes of network of institutions from any workplace of any restaurant entering into network and to quickly obtain objective data and information on sales, movements in a warehouse, about efficiency of marketing actions and campaigns at any time. For convenience of work with network institutions, TillyPad XL synchronizes business processes and quickly updates information in all institutions of network at the same time, for example, in case of the change in price for those, or other positions of the menu.

One of main advantages of a system of new generation of TillyPad XL is that it is easily and beyond all bounds scaled that allows to connect without problems the new opened institutions to a single network and to set new jobs which by simple settings are implemented into a single network. For this reason it is possible to set TillyPad XL in one, or several institutions taking into account perspective of further business development and its conversion to network.

Despite the high-technological effectiveness, the TillyPad XL system is simple in work. Thanks to the intuitive interface, training of work in a system does not take a lot of time especially as the complex works at usual to many users to the Windows platform.

In February, 2012 the number of loadings of the application of Tillypad XL POS exceeded a thousand mark. This application is developed for work with the automation system of Tillypad XL restaurants on iPod touch, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPad tablets.
