Time Doctor

For February 22, 2017 Time Doctor is a system of accounting of working time.

The technology is focused on normalization of labor productivity in the course of accomplishment of different daily tasks. It is intended for the heads stimulating effective time-management and performance improvement.

The Time Doctor application is translated into five languages, including into Russian.

Time the Doctor gives the chance of time supervision of execution of tasks on priorities. The application helps to optimize project implementation duration during the team work. There is an opportunity to control remote workers. There are functions of removal of screenshots from screens and tracking of the visited sites and applications.

Mobile application with GPS tracking provides control of exit workers. Service can be useful to the freelancers wishing to increase productivity of activity. The customer can be connected to a control panel of the implemented project free of charge.

The summed-up time recording

Most of employers calculate the salary of the employees, based on a time recording. There are several types of accounting of working time: day, weekly and summed up. Whether it is worth explaining that not only your salary, but also your performance depends on correctly selected accounting. The choice should suit both the employer, and the worker. It is a little about the law

If to consider not summed up time recording, then there is one big minus for the employer - it is overtime. "Why minus?" – you ask. Overtime are paid one and a half-two times above, than normal hours. At the same time duration of overtime work cannot exceed 4 hours within two days in a row and 120 hours a year (Article 152 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation * the link to the law *).

The employer should not pay overtime, you can work at any convenient time.

To the employer it is not important, you work a day two or all twelve hours. To the employer it is important that you executed the regulation. At the summed-up accounting you will not even break the law that in a week it is possible to work no more than 40 hours. But also the summed-up accounting has framework. The accounting period cannot exceed one year, and for a time recording of the workers occupied at works with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions - three months.
