2020: Start of the Tinkoff Remont online platform
On March 16, 2020 Tinkoff announced TAdviser start of own Tinkoff Remont online platform for maintenance and car repairs with service support by Tinkoff and a cashback up to 15% for payment of services.
Using Tinkoff Remont car owners will be able to register for repair and maintenance of the car in car services across all Russia. All stations — partners of Tinkoff of Insurance who already performed repair of machines for clients of Tinkoff within the insured events. For March, 2020 more than 10 service stations in Moscow are connected to Tinkoff Remont service. Until the end of 2020 the list will be expanded to more than 100 service stations across all Russia.
Tinkoff Repair is a bank online platform for car repairs in partner car centers with a cashback. Unlike other aggregators of autoservices Tinkoff service:
- allows to register in repair directly on the website Tinkoff.ru (it is not necessary to pass to the website of partners);
- does not charge the fees from clients;
- provides to clients service support in the repair course: gives consultations, checks estimates and quality of works;
- returns to clients a part of cost of services in the form of a cashback.
To register in repair, on the website Tinkoff.ru Repair (Tinkoff Strakhovaniye tab) it is necessary to select service station from the section of Tinkoff and to fill out the questionnaire: specify model of the car and the activity list — planned TO, replacement of brake shoes or oil, a descent disorder, complex diagnostics and so forth. All car services can be sorted by the nearest metro station (or to look on the card), to select the official dealer or the certified service, to specify the desirable date and time, the VIN car and contacts. The direction on repair will come to e-mail of the car owner.
To receive a cashback to 15% for repair work, the client needs to pay for services of car service with any Tinkoff card.
The service station gives a guarantee for repair work. At the same time car repairs are conducted under strict control of specialists of Tinkoff. At the request of the client they can:
- check the estimate for repair of a car: the expert will estimate the activity list and will report whether there are in it no excess positions or inflated prices;
- contact the repairman for refining of any questions;
- give consultation on service of the car at any time by phone or in a chat of mobile application of Tinkoff.
Each car owner faces sooner or later a problem of search of reliable car service which will well perform the work and will not enter excess services in the estimate. We in Tinkoff decided to uberize this sphere and to start the Tinkoff Remont platform. It is win-win the solution for all: car repair shops receive clients, clients — high-quality service, Tinkoff — loyalty of car owners. We began to test the platform in 2019 and saw good results therefore decided to scale it for all clients. According to our plans, until the end of 2020 several thousand car owners will use service.
