TransBase

The end-to-end system of control automation by TransBase motor transport which entered a product portfolio of I-Teco is implemented at 45 enterprises among which there are Gazprom, Norilsk Nickel, THK-BP, SUAL, ALROSA, Lukoil, Slavneft, Sibneft, Tatenergo, TGC-1 and other leaders of the domestic industry.

The I-Teco company provides to customers the solution on management of the motor transportation enterprise on the basis of the application software (AS) "TransBase" where the modules "Automation System of Management of the Motor Transportation Enterprises" (SUAT) and "Personnel management system" (PMS) enter.

Implementation of PPO "TransBase" provides cost reduction, reduction of terms and quality improvement of the made decisions on the basis of operational state-of-health data of material and labor resources of any enterprise (due to reliability, integrity of data and information processing automatization).

Module SUAT:

• The dispatching service provides automation of process of formation of waybills on the basis of requests of customers that allows to avoid errors in accomplishment of orders, to react timely to the situation fraught with failure to follow important requests, to avoid the losses connected with not implementation of orders, and claims from customers. There is a possibility of the analysis and generalization of the reasons of failure to follow requests for the purpose of taking measures to further prevention of similar situations.
• Automation of calculations of a gross income and salary allows to avoid errors when settlings with customers and workers. An opportunity idle time of setup of calculations for any situations gives the chance to easily consider difficult payment terms, to enter the various coefficients stimulating labor productivity, allowances, penalties.
• Calculation of a standard cost of fuel allows to avoid losses.
• Problems of accounting of degree of wear of autobuses, accumulators, units provide a possibility of planning of their timely replacement that leads to economy of means, ensuring technical operability of the park of cars.
• The solution of a problem of planning of terms of carrying out TO promotes maintenance of technical operability of the park of cars, creation of a uniform load on repair services and, thereby, to reduction of terms of unjustified idle time of cars on repair.
• The module provides automation of labor-consuming, routine transactions and economy of inefficient labor costs of a managerial personnel.

Module SOUP:

Basic functions of PPO "TransBase"

Subsystems of SUAT:

• Technological department - maintaining the park of automatic telephone exchange, accounting and planning of replacement of the equipment, autobuses and accumulators, TO, automatic accounting of run and engine hours of work on waybills, etc.
• Dispatching service - processing of requests, the statement of waybills, accounting of idle times.
• Processing of the returned waybills - calculation of a gross income, the salary of drivers and a standard cost of fuel and lubricants.
• Security service of traffic (BDD) - accounting of training and admissions to work, accounting of accidents and road accident.
• Repair service - accounting of repairs, both own automatic telephone exchanges, and third-party.
• Total on operation of automatic telephone exchange - collecting of actual data on use of the park of automatic telephone exchange, formation of the sheet of vehicle fleet, costs and profitability on automatic telephone exchange.
• Accounting of fuel and lubricants - the distributing sheet, accounting of fuel, oils and special liquids, aggregation of data on fuel and lubricants in different cuts.
• Formation of settlement documents for autoservices - formation of settlement documents to customers according to waybills.
• Input by customers of requests for autoservices and their processing.

Subsystems of SUP:

• Personnel department – is provided full accounting of personnel data on all workers, maintaining data on holidays, hospital, other non-working days. The chance of accounting of movements on positions, professions, divisions, etc. is given. Calculation of annual leaves and compensations is completely automated.
• Department of work and salary (OTIZ) - maintaining sheets and working schedules on all services of the enterprise. Balance of working time.
• Payroll on the enterprise.

Basic functions of subsystems

• The subsystem Technological Department (TD) provides maintaining the park of vehicles, change histories in the park, equipment bindings to cars. PTO uses run and engine hours of work of cars and a special equipment which automatically form when processing waybills. Ample opportunities on planning of replacement of the equipment (autobuses, accumulators, units, spare parts). Access to contemporary records about the equipment which is earlier installed on the vehicle is provided. PTO uses data of repair service on repairs and TO of cars. Means of planning of TO and the Party of Pensioners of Russia of a special equipment are provided. Planning THAT, the Party of Pensioners of Russia, replacements of the equipment on run, engine hours, terms is allowed.

• The subsystem Dispatching service provides accounting of requests for transport services, accounting of accomplishment of requests, formation of waybills according to requests, printing of waybills in different formats, formation of reports on motor transport exit to the line and accomplishment of requests. Access of the manager to operational data on repair and preservation of transport, about sick-lists and holidays of drivers, etc. is provided.

• The subsystem "Processing of waybills" provides calculation of a gross income, the salary of drivers and a standard cost of fuel. Calculation, as according to time, and price-work waybills is provided.

• There is an opportunity to establish a direct connection with programs of GPS monitoring for ensuring control of the entered data. Information obtained from the systems of satellite navigation of GPS/GLONASS and sensors of control of fuel is the main for reports on the actual work of motor transport, on deviations from normal values and also a basis for other subsystems of economic efficiency analysis of work and profitability of motor transport.

• In the TransBase system the module on processing and information analysis from monitoring systems by waybills is implemented. These monitoring systems in real time come to the TransBase database. It allows the manager to browse data of monitoring when processing of the returned waybill and to compare them to the actual characteristics specified in the waybill. Also there is an opportunity to compare data of monitoring and waybills in a month taking into account that some data from a monitoring system can not get on time to intervals of waybills.

• The universal mechanism of acceptance and comparison of characteristics of monitoring systems is developed. Comparison of a run and a consumption of fuel according to the waybill for a monitoring system of CyberFleet (M2M) is at the moment implemented.

• The system of the configured reports which is available in "TransBase" allows to receive quickly in the course of implementation all necessary reports on data of monitoring systems and on comparison of these data with information of waybills.

• The high extent of setup of calculations allowing to consider any specific situations is provided. There is a device of flexible creation of rates from different characteristics. In the waybill the unlimited number of customers, drivers (drivers, operators) is allowed. When calculating fuel separate calculation for an unlimited number of mechanisms and a special equipment and both by any quantity of types of fuel, and by the combined type of fuel (Gas-gasoline, Gas-diesel fuel, the gas-diesel mixed mode) is provided.

• The subsystem Repair service provides accounting of repairs, the Party of Pensioners of Russia. Conducting running repairs and viewing data on earlier made repairs is provided in a subsystem. At repairs the carried-out works and the replaced equipment are specified. It is possible to browse the history of replacement of the equipment for any time frame. On the postponed repairs the indication of the reason is possible.

• The subsystem "A traffic security service" provides accounting of training and admissions to work, accounting of accidents and road accident.

• The subsystem "A total on operation of automatic telephone exchange" provides collecting of actual data on use of the park of automatic telephone exchange on the basis of dispatching offices and the returned waybills, information of PTO and repair service, a subsystem Accounting of fuel and lubricants. Formation of the sheet of vehicle fleet is performed. Front cards of automatic telephone exchange form and stored. Operational indicators of the park gather. It is provided necessary forms of the reporting: different reports on motor transport exit to the line, reports on operational indicators in automatic telephone exchange coal mines and customers, balance of use of working time of the rolling stock. Costs and profitability on automatic telephone exchange are calculated.

• The subsystem Accounting of fuel and lubricants provides accounting of fuel, oils and special liquids, maintaining distributing sheets, calculation of data on an expense and economy of fuel, reconciliation of these waybills and sheets, aggregation of data on fuel and lubricants in different cuts.

• Tasks "Formation of settlement documents for autoservices" provide formation of settlement documents to customers according to waybills.

• The subsystem Personnel department provides maintaining the magazine and storage of personnel orders, unlimited on time (in the Word format directly in the database), accounting of personnel data on workers (professions, VUS, family composition, education, an experience, etc.) gives the chance to fill T2 forms and also maintaining data on holidays, hospital, other non-working days. Accounting of movements on positions, professions, divisions, etc. Calculation of annual leaves and compensations, an exit from a holiday taking into account holidays and transfer in connection with the sick-list is completely automated (calculation of the holiday components put to the worker of number of days under the terms of work, to professions, an experience). Accounting of passing of medical boards in 2 options is provided. Data on holidays and sick-lists automatically are included for salary and in sheets. There is a possibility of automatic calculation of the northern allowance, both for constantly living in the north, and for working on a shift method. There is a possibility of maintaining the existing staff list and an unlimited number of projects, a possibility of automatic regular arrangement on the project.

• The subsystem "Department of work and salary (OTIZ)" provides maintaining sheets and their automatic formation according to personnel department about holidays, hospital, other non-working days. Maintaining sheets is facilitated by previously created working schedules. At the level of this task predesign of salary on salaries, wage rates, formation of balance of working time is provided according to the sheet. There is a possibility of obtaining aggregated data on balance of working time.

• The subsystem Payroll calculation on the enterprise uses data on salary from sheets. Ample opportunities of setup of any algorithms of calculation in which the selected data on the selected criteria, both the present, and last periods can be attracted are given. Thus, the wide range of problems of charge of different awards and allowances, payroll distributions on a team contract, calculation of the 13th salary, etc. can be solved. Automatically taxes, insurance premiums in the pension fund, the Social Insurance Fund, Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, FTS, alimony, northern and district allowances, etc. are calculated. Calculation of a vacation pay and payment of sick leave notes are based on personnel data and also is automated. Calculation of other types of payments is possible without input of personnel data.
