2013. Updating of June

The Unicloud of Labs company entered into the system of updating, they will give to users ample opportunities on integration with modern means of communications, the press service of the company reported on July 5, 2013.

Synchronization with mail

The biggest change is connected with existence of the mechanism of synchronization of a system and e-mail of users. There was an opportunity to connect the mailbox and to read mail directly in Unicloud Business 365, turning normal letters into instructions and tasks reminders. All correspondence automatically becomes attached to cards of clients in the CRM block, and letters are displayed in the form of chains as it is made in popular services Gmail, Yandex.Mail and some other.

Mobile access with iPhone

The provided mobile application of Unicloud Business 365 for iPhone allows to work (offline) without active connection to the Internet with tasks, projects and to communicate with colleagues. At connection to the Internet such application automatically synchronizes all changes with the server. In the application developers applied the innovative solution on fast changing of parameters of tasks by "shift" them to the right or to the left – the elegant solution which allows "scatter" the list of affairs on days or contractors in seconds. The application will be available in AppStore right after approval of Apple.

Voice Internet telephony

Integration into Unicloud Business 365 of voice Internet telephony YouMagic from JSC MTT became one more significant change. All users of a cloud platform had an opportunity of direct voice communication with each other and with the outside world without an exit in other applications. Simple registration procedure provides business with available telephone communication through YouMagic with exclusively low rates for calls to other cities and the countries and also absolutely free communication in the company and with other users of YouMagic. Besides, in UniCloud it is possible to use also any landline numbers from YouMagic now.

Continuation of developments

In 10 months more than 200 functions are finished, the company reported – the service is updated on average each two weeks.
