Videogard is the technology platform allowing to integrate the Safe City systems, ERA-GLONASS and "112".

2018: Development

The Rostec state corporation announced on April 24, 2018 that the Avtomatika concern which is its part Videogard which will allow to integrate the Safe City systems, ERA-GLONASS and "112" conducts work on creation of a technology platform. Development in general is intended to minimize a response time on emergency situations and to increase safety of citizens, noted in state corporation.

According to representatives of a radio-electronic cluster of Rostec, the remaining difficulties with consolidation of the existing systems of emergency services became premises for creation of the Videogard platform — for each task the complexes using the different equipment and the software were at different times created and operated. It is supposed that development of Automatic equipment will allow without essential investments to integrate all systems in replacement of the equipment and reprogramming of devices that, in turn, will give the chance to create the anti-recessionary centers which will aggregate all information in one point.

According to developers, on the Videogard platform consolidation of all emergency city services, video surveillance systems, the "disturbing buttons" set in apartments and office spaces, the fire and security systems, complexes of ecomonitoring, analysis systems of a road situation and others is possible. Implementation of such system will allow to optimize work of the emergency city services and to lower costs for the maintenance of separate information centers.

Scopes of the Videogard platform can be the most different, consider in Rostec. For example, its application as a part of the situational centers and the centers of monitoring in large and geographically distributed security systems is possible, beginning from separate elements of security to the full-fledged system of the class PSIM (Physical Security Information Management). At the same time, development can be used at solving of tasks of the class "Safe City" and "Smart City", in projects on creation of the systems of city video surveillance and others.

In the majority the video surveillance systems installed in organizations of public appointment: shops, cafe, restaurants, educational institutions and other places, have the spontaneous nature and solve separate local problems. They will be succeeded by the professional systems which will be capable to make specific local sites a part of uniform architecture of a hardware-software complex "Safe city" — Nina Adamova, the special purpose manager of projects of concern "Avtomatika" is convinced.

Videogard in Automatic equipment started works on creation of a single platform in April, 2018, are going to complete system development in concern in May, 2019.
