When registering on the event website or mobile application, the participant uploads his photo. After that, VisionLabs algorithms check the quality of the resulting image by such parameters as the absence of illumination and overlapping of the face, sufficient illumination, head rotation. This helps to get photos suitable both for further recognition of participants and for printing on badges, as well as avoid situations with downloading pictures without an image of a person.

On the day of the event, guests do not need to manually search the lists for printing and issuing badges. As soon as a person comes to the reception, they will be "recognized" by the cameras installed there, which makes it possible for a personalized greeting and instant printing of the pass. Also, guests do not need to present their badge every time they enter - the system recognizes them and displays information about the presence of the necessary accreditation.
