Product "Vtorchermet (wholesale): operational accounting, edition 3.0" is intended for automation of operational accounting in the companies which primary activity is wholesale (transit) trade in scrap metal.

Users of the program are, as a rule, operators, managers, accountants, economists and company executives.

Primary branches in which the program can be applied:

• collecting and primary processing of scrap metal;
• trade in scrap metal;
• accounting of scrap metal.

The program is not intended for conducting standard accounting and also for embedding in other accounting programs, however Enterprise accounting, edition 3.0 on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform has possibilities of exchange with a standard configuration.

Features and program capabilities:

• database maintenance of partners, agreements;
• possibility of documentary reflection in the accounting program of all stages of the movement of scrap metal;
• accounting of settlement with suppliers and buyers and also with employees (advance holders);
• accounting of income and expenses;
• accounting of turnover of money in a different form;
• accounting of results of sales.

Along with accounting of primary activity, the program allows to reflect at the level of summary items of income or expenses in operational accounting any economic transactions influencing change of assets or liabilities of the company. At the same time complete correspondence of all economic transactions and the closed balance accounting circuit which allows to build operational balances on the company in general or on each firm (the legal entity of the company) separately is supported.

Configuration "Vtorchermet (wholesale): operational accounting, edition 3.0" is not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work.

The configuration is completely open for change.
