WELLtime is a line of software products in the field of the organization of corporate systems of communication. Software products of WELLtime allow to create the telecommunication platform which performs functions: IP ATC and Call center.

The functions implemented in a year and integration

The company MCN Telecom (MVNO) announced on March 22, 2019 that it for the purpose of improvement of client experience in 2018 implemented more than ten new features of the Virtual PBX and IP ATC WELLtime: Callback, Black and White lists as number, on the city, on the operator, Readdressing on "the familiar manager", the Notification on a position in queue for the called clients and also Yandex TTS/STT. Integration with "Yandex speech synthesis" and automatic telephone exchange connector "Simple calls"

On November 21, 2018 MCN Telecom announced end of integration with services "Yandex Speech Synthesis", automatic telephone exchange connector "Simple calls" and completion of own functionality: Accidental notifications and Conferences.

The complex of speech technologies of Yandex including speech synthesis allows to synthesize the speech in the answerphone module, to lose individual greetings with mentioning of the Full Name and the company name, based on number from which the client calls. Integration works both with the local database of automatic telephone exchange, and with any other database, or CRM of the client.

Due to integration with automatic telephone exchange connector "Simple calls" it is possible to perform expansion of a pool of the partner CRM systems, HelpDesk-systems and industry applications.

Integration with CRM through Simple Calls service will help the client to keep complete account of telephone contacts with the client in a chronological order, to attach a call recording to the customer's cards in the CRM system, to lift a card of the entering / outgoing call and directly from it to make calls (click2call) and also to automatically route an incoming call on the responsible manager.

The added function Accidental notifications helps to select a range of the written previously voice greetings and at an incoming call to lose to the client one of notifications randomly.

Within completion of function of the Conference following features are implemented:

  • input in a conference without PIN code request,
  • indication of the maximum number of participants,
  • playings of a greeting at an input in a conference,
  • blocking function.

The updated services will help the companies of the large and average size to improve client experience, to make communications with clients simpler and transparent. We as software developer do not charge additional fee for access to the listed functions, including services for speech synthesis and automatic telephone exchange connector "Simple calls". Payment for use remains within contractual relations with suppliers of the listed services.

Integration with "Bitriks24"

On June 8, 2018 it became known that the telecom operator of MCN Telecom integrated the WELLtime IP PBX software product with the CRM system of Bitriks24. For clients of MCN Telecom integration is free. Technical support is performed according to terms of the contract.

Convergence of a customer relationship management system, partners, suppliers of Bitriks24 with the WELLtime IP PBX software product allows managers to create leads at the entering and outgoing calls, to attach a call recording to cards of clients in the CRM system, to receive the full report of telephone contacts with the client in a chronological order, to configure function of a raising of a card of the client in the CRM system, to have an opportunity to make calls directly from Bitriks24.

The program WELLtime IP PBX is the convenient tool for management of corporate telephony via the web interface. This boxed solution with flexible configuration, detailed statistics of calls, a user-friendly interface supporting connection of devices of all types. By software it is developed for the companies numbering from 100 to 3000 people, it is not licensed by the number of users and resources of the server. On a product support of mobile subscribers (FMC) is implemented. If necessary individual completion under needs of the client can be made.
