Wellsoft CEO Daniil Baigozin commented that the company is seeing a dynamic growth in the housing market in the CIS countries. New residential complexes are being built - from comfort to elite class. They require modern, high-quality automation.
Daniil Baigozin noted that in the markets of Uzbekistan or Kyrgyzstan there are simply no analogues to the complex solution offered by Wellsoft. According to him, the developer implementing the platform gains a competitive advantage by offering residents a higher level of service.
To adapt the product to new markets, Wellsoft carried out a set of works:
- localization of interfaces - web and mobile interfaces of the platform are translated into English, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Uzbek;
- integration with local services - work is underway to connect to national payment systems and accounting platforms, which will ensure uninterrupted calculations and compliance with local requirements;
- pilot projects with developers - the company is already working on the first implementations with leading developers of Tashkent and Bishkek.

Wellsoft on October 8, 2025 announced the completion of the integration of its Wellsoft Elements platform with the SmartAirkey access control and control system.
The partnership is aimed at creating comprehensive digital solutions for residential complexes from "comfort" to "premium" class, which allows developers to significantly increase the attractiveness of objects on the market and offer residents an innovative level of comfort.
SmartAirkey system allows you to implement the concept of keyless access "hands-free." It is enough to have a smartphone with a resident's mobile application installed - all doors, barriers and gates will open automatically when the user approaches. This is especially true for families with children, car owners and anyone who values convenience and modern technology.

Owner data is automatically transferred to the SmartAirkey system, which is immediately granted the appropriate access rights. The system is easily integrated with existing equipment. For the developer, this means flexibility in equipping the facility: the platform can be implemented both at the construction stage and later.
This decision has already aroused interest among major market players. At the end of 2025, it will be launched in one of the residential complexes of Chelyabinsk.
Beginning of integration with the Max messenger
Wellsoft on September 4, 2025 announced the start of integration of the national messenger Max with the Wellsoft Elements platform, which is used by management companies to automate residential management and communication with residents.
According to the requirements of the law, general house chats between the Criminal Code and residents should be transferred to the Max messenger. For management companies operating on the Wellsoft Elements platform, an update will be introduced - the integration of Max with the management platform and the resident's mobile application.
In the mobile application for residents, the "Chat at home" section will appear on the main screen. When you click on it, the user will automatically go to the chat of his home in the Max messenger - without having to search for it manually.

The ability to involve residents in the implementation of work on the improvement and repair of houses
Management companies were able to attract residents to carry out work on the improvement and repair of houses for a fee. This became possible thanks to the Self-Employed service, launched on the Wellsoft Elements platform. This was announced by Wellsoft on July 9, 2025.
The service is integrated with the "Own Business" application from Sberbank and uses artificial intelligence to automatically check the work performed. Residents registered as self-employed can take tasks from the Criminal Code in the application - for example, cleaning the territory, painting benches or minor repairs. After completing the task, the user sends a photo report, the neural network analyzes the result and sends a preliminary assessment to the management company. Based on this data, a decision is made on payment or revision.
The service solves several important tasks at once:
- For the management company - reduces the burden on personnel during peak periods and in case of a shortage of personnel.
- For residents - creates a legal source of additional income and attracts them to maintain order.
- For the ecosystem, it increases the number of self-employed and increases involvement in digital services.
The pilot project is being prepared for launch in one of the management companies in Chelyabinsk. In case of successful testing, it is scaled to all PCs using the platform.
Experts note that such solutions can become a new standard of interaction in housing and communal services, creating economic and social ties between management companies and residents. This is especially true in the context of the growing popularity of self-employment and the request for flexible forms of earnings.

Wellsoft announced a number of significant updates to its Wellsoft Elements platform on May 28, 2025. This is not just a set of functions, but a fundamentally different approach to the digital transformation of business processes in the field of construction and real estate management. Instead of separate solutions, the company offers a transition to a single ecosystem that covers the entire cycle of interaction with the client - from choosing an apartment to living and repeated transactions.

In addition, the platform will integrate with popular large ecosystems. This will greatly simplify authorization through a single ID and open access to additional services.
The technological base of the platform has been completely revised. The updated architecture provides increased performance and independence from external constraints. The administrator and manager interfaces have also been updated - their release is scheduled for the summer of 2025. At the same time, the platform becomes more open: third-party developers will be able to create their own modules and services through the API, expanding the functionality of the ecosystem.
Name change to Wellsoft Elements

2024: Booking a parking space
Wellsoft and Sigur announced the integration of their solutions. The joint technical solution will provide management companies with the ability to manage parking online. The added platform module allows you to create parking lots, book parking spaces, link access points and video surveillance cameras, and make payments. Wellsoft announced this on December 10, 2024.

Now apartment owners will be able to quickly create parking applications. The application contains the name of the parking lot, the place number, the amount of payment and the validity period. After successful payment, as well as a day before the expiration of the reservation, the user receives a notification.
This function is designed specifically for a resident's mobile application. To make its use as comfortable as possible, the Wellsoft developers have added a widget that can be displayed on the main screen of the smartphone, and open the barrier when entering the parking lot in one click.
