On March 1, 2018 the companies Xerox also Electronics For Imaging (EFI) provided Fiery printing controller. This tool will help printing houses to perform complex works with non-standard effects and elements of a design using a silver, gold and transparent toner.

The print server integrated in itself advantages of Xerox FreeFlow with wide functionality of EFI Fiery.

Printing the metallized toner using Fiery printing controller

The controller is equipped with the high-speed raster processor (RIP), the integrated technologies of automation and the improved means of performance improvement of workflows. According to developers users of the controller get also other advantages. Enter their number:

  • Access to the technical support services of EFI working together with representatives of Xerox.
  • Standardization and simplification of digital workflows. Thanks to integration of Fiery Command WorkStation technology, at all stages of printing the uniform intuitive interface is used.
  • Possibility of individual preference of printing the metallized toner. The controller optimizes data processing rate for single and package works with the help of Fiery HyperRIP technology.
  • Color management in combination with functions of printing a gold, silver and transparent toner allows to use actively metallization and tactile effects by production of high-profitable products.
