Connecting cloud telephony "Дом.ru Business" to the Clients system will allow you to see the client's name and phone number already with an incoming call, as well as quickly record the client with a specialist. The entire call history and records will be recorded in the client's card, where you can leave an unlimited number of comments and view the history of the relationship with the client directly from the recording window, download client files and access them directly from Clients.

The interface also has the ability to upload a photo of the client, which will be displayed in the recording window when incoming calls and online records. For each client, you can store a unique additional phone number and identify the visitor by any of the numbers. A filter by date of birth is available in the list of customers, it allows you to track the upcoming birthdays of customers and congratulate them in person.

Integration with YClients is carried out free of charge and is available in the personal account of the Дом.ru Business client when the "Integration with CRM systems" option is connected.
