2020: Updating of a modem line

Yota updated a modem line in several regions – Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region and also in Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea. It became known on February 4, 2020. Now users will be able to select suitable speed from available four or five options depending on the region.

We aim at that the client of Yota received high-quality services without overpaying for them. Therefore we increased speeds, at the same time having simplified a modem line. Now the client selects from four or five provisions depending on the region, "slowest" of which begins with 10 Mbps in Moscow and with 5 Mbps in other regions,

So, for example, in Moscow four speeds are available to clients: 10 Mbps, 20 Mbps, 30 Mbps and maximum. At the same time the cost of the unlimited 4G-Internet at a speed of 10 Mbps is 600 rub against 1250 rub earlier. Users can select from Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea to themselves 5 Mbps, 15 Mbps, 30 Mbps or maximum speed. The price for the unlimited 4G-Internet at a speed of 5 Mbps was reduced in the region to 450 rub against 900 rub earlier. Internet access at a speed of 64 Kbps still remains free.

Modems and the Yota routers do not consider the number of the entering and outbound traffic. Service price depends only on access rate in network which is selected by the user.
