1C-Rarus completed the transfer to the "1C:ERP" of operational accounting of JSC Agricultural Feed Agency. At the agricultural enterprise, purchases and sales are automated, warehouse and logistics processes have been improved. The implementation was carried out in 1.5 months, while it was possible to save the project budget by 23%.

Previously, ASK used self-described programs created for the requirements of the enterprise to control processes. The agricultural producer had a need for a more versatile Russian software product that would provide ease of maintenance and quick updates.

On the basis of 1CERP":" the team "1C-Rarus" automated management of purchases, sales, warehouse processes and logistics. In parallel, IT the ASK department, with the consulting support of 1C-Rarus, transferred accounting and regulated accounting and document management to 1C:ERP.

1C-Rarus specialists have introduced a fundamentally new approach to the formation of the nomenclature. Now the maximum information about the product fits in the capacious name of the product, including the location in the warehouse. This made it possible to reduce the number of SKUs by 5 times and, as a result, greatly simplified all warehouse processes.

The peculiarity of the business processes of ASK JSC is in a large number of supply chains: they include transportation from suppliers of raw materials, delivery to buyers of goods, and are carried out by different vehicles. As a result of the implementation of "1C:ERP," the delivery system has been customized and new methods of transportation have been added. The planning process has been modernized - now the delivery is carried out not on the fact of receipt of raw materials to the warehouse, but in accordance with customer requests. This makes logistics more predictable and comfortable for the end customer.

The 1C-Rarus team for 1.5 months automated the operational accounting of the enterprise and organized personnel training. 20 instructions have been prepared that take into account the features of the product of ASK JSC and the company's business processes: how to draw up reports for the reserve of goods, form orders to suppliers, move products from the warehouse and others.
