X5 Media continues to develop tools for external advertisers - brands whose products are not on the shelves of X5 Group retail chains. Now non-suppliers will be able to post advertising campaigns in the Crossroads application. To do this, X5 Media launched five click-out formats at once. Brands will be able to post their offer on two banners on the main page of the application, in stories, as well as on banners in the order and user profile. X5 Media announced this on September 29, 2025.

According to X5 Media, 70% of the audience of the Crossroads application is wealthy buyers: both young people under 29 and users from 41 to 58 years old, as well as adults with children under 3 years old. These segments are among the most in demand among advertisers, and these formats give companies access to them. Brands can launch campaigns on the supermarket app, reaching nearly a million shoppers a day. According to INFOline, for the third quarter in a row X5 has been the market leader in terms of online sales of consumer goods: more than 100 thousand home orders are made daily in the Perekrestka application alone.

Click-out X5 Media formats allow companies to get direct traffic to their site and open up opportunities to effectively promote and attract a target audience. X5 Media has integrated banners into the application so that brands can reach the user at different stages of the purchase. In the first half of 2025, the number of advertising placements of external partners more than tripled compared to the second half of 2024 - brands began to broadcast their messages more both in offline stores in Kh5 and online, "said Sergey Yurchenko, director of strategic development of advertising products X5 Media.

X5 Media continues to develop and adapt ecom tools to maximize the effectiveness of partner advertising campaigns - including for those whose products are on the retailer's shelves. For them, the advertising division of Kh5 also launched a banner in the "Crossroads" application in the "Basket" section.

In total, Kh5 Media offers advertisers more than 15 online and offline communication channels with a daily total audience of 30 million people.
