1C-Rarus has adapted Alfa-Auto for ExpoMobility operating lease

2025: Introduction of Alfa-Auto

On March 25, 2025, 1C-Rarus announced that it had transferred ExpoMobility to Alfa-Auto CORP. The system allowed the company to improve interaction with customers and suppliers. Workflow control is optimized. As a result of automation, labor costs for the formation of documents have been reduced by 50%.

As reported, specialized software helps to deeply understand the specifics of each customer's work and manage interaction with them ExpoMobility. The transition to Alfa-Auto: Car Dealership + Car Service + Auto Parts KORP, ed. 6 "was dictated by considerations of technological independence. A reliable and scalable solution was needed to manage the growing volume of data.

In connection with the upcoming shutdown of the foreign system, the 1C-Rarus team launched the MVP version of Alfa-Auto CORP. In the course of further operation, the joint project team with the customer revised and optimized the reflection of the main business processes in the system.

7 additional subsystems have been developed to manage unique ExpoMobility business processes:

• "Settlements." Outgoing billing with customers and mutual settlements with suppliers are automated. Labor costs for the formation of documents have been reduced by 50%.
• "Contracts." Contracts are managed throughout the life cycle of car rental: from calculating the cost of car rental to closing contracts.
• "Approvals." ExpoMobility vendors or users can view/adjust vehicle repair and maintenance documents. Based on them, accounts are formed for customers to reimburse expenses.
• "Pricing." Implemented storage system big tables-matrices of repair, accounting of equipment and buses, many tariff grids affecting rental calculation, as well as margin indicators and. inflations
• "Insurance and Body Repair." Thanks to the configured exchange, the speed and convenience of interaction between ExpoMobility and insurance companies for insured events has been increased.
• "Logistics Operations." A mechanism has been created for issuing cards to customers to pay for fuel and lubricants. The fuel supplier's monthly report is automatically loaded into the system and transactions are distributed to customers for payment.
• "Dealer." Suppliers connect through the ExpoMobility portal and draw up documents at Alfa-Auto. Message exchange and repair approval statuses between the dealer and the company are implemented.

The portal interactively displays the status of the services included in the client package. This allows you to quickly receive meaningful information and control workflows. Data exchange with the system of regulated accounting (in accordance with the legislation of the country of operation of the system) and the system of coordination of financial documents is set up.

The system has organized 200 workplaces for employees and 300 for external users.

For 2024, Alfa-Auto has issued and processed:

• 20,000 + contracts;
• 14,500 + accounts for customers and suppliers
• 392,500 + repair and maintenance documents.

We faced an ambitious task in a short time to localize the key business processes of the company when switching from imported software to a domestic program. With the help of colleagues from 1C-Rarus, we managed to do this seamlessly and imperceptibly for our partners and counterparties. Together with 1C-Rarus, we continue to develop the system. A joint development scheme has been established, thanks to which the unity of the architectural solution is maintained. Business users receive the required improvements as part of regular releases. In 2024, the system was adapted for our three divisions. The peculiarities of regional legislation, keeping records of a separate subdivision and rules of settlements in local currencies are implemented and taken into account.
