2025: Axelot WMS Rollout

HealthLab, one of the representatives of the domestic market for adhesive dressings, has implemented AXELOT WMS. Automation made it possible to improve warehouse coordination with production, as well as reduce the impact of the human factor. Axelot (Axelot) announced this on June 11, 2025.

The company produces more than 10,000 products every day, including postoperative bandages, innovative cohesive bandages, fixing patches in reels, etc. Each product is created using new equipment and meets strict international standards, which is confirmed by relevant certificates, for example, ST-1.

HealthLab products are included in the list of products that, from 2025, must be labeled with PPE for control in the Honest Sign system. Without the automation of warehouse logistics, it is impossible to keep such records. In addition, the company strives to maintain the accuracy of operations at the highest possible level. Now the AXELOT WMS system helps her in this.

The solution was implemented at the HealthLab warehouse in the Moscow region, the area of ​ ​ which is 4600 square meters. m. Small-scale goods and raw materials for production are stored here, about 1000 SKU in total.

The products are delivered to the warehouse through two channels - raw materials from suppliers and finished goods from production. Acceptance is possible only if there is a receipt plan and is carried out using the shipping documentation. Predefined processing scenarios are provided for any type of variance. The selection is also carried out according to the plan unloaded from the corporate information system (CIS). The selection takes into account not only the composition of the order, but also the residual shelf life according to the requirements of specific counterparties. The selected goods are delivered to the packaging area.

To minimize the impact of the human factor and eliminate the dependence on the knowledge of individual employees about how to form cargo places for a particular buyer, AXELOT specialists have implemented functionality that allows you to automatically control the nesting at the packaging workplace. The system indicates when it is necessary to complete the packing of the cargo item when the required attachment composition is reached.

Finished goods are shipped on flights. When placing the vehicle on the loading gate, the WMS operator sets the status "To be performed" to the document, after which the system generates tasks for moving the storage places selected for all orders included in this voyage to the specified loading gate. The shipment is recorded by an employee with a shipping documentation upon the fact of moving each pallet into the body.

The use of shipping documentation provides personification of the results of each action. The system allows you to not only manage the distribution of tasks and track the work of employees, but also monitor their performance and use production data as the basis for increasing personnel motivation.

Stable data exchange between the CIS and WMS is provided by the DATAREON Platform integration tool.

Thanks to AXELOT WMS, HealthLab was able to automate the main warehouse operations and improve their accuracy - key technological processes are now as transparent as possible. The accounting of goods for PPE for working with the Honest Sign system was implemented, and the accounting of products by shelf life was automated.
