2026: Transition to AlfaAvto version 6

Tyumen IT-The company IT Business Accounting LLC "" has completed the implementation of the project for the complete translation of the complex industry solution based on the platform 1C:Enterprise 8"" of the auto dealer group of LLC "Basis-motors" - Alphacar from the unsupported version to the current 6th release. This was 1C-Rarus announced on February 9, 2026.

The project required not only technical expertise, but also a subtle understanding of the customer's business processes: the system is fully integrated into the operational activities of the enterprise, and any shutdown could lead to multimillion-dollar losses. At the same time, the implemented version of AlfaAvto contained more than a thousand unique improvements implemented for the customer's specifics over the years of operation, which made migration a task of the level of "surgical accuracy."

Instead of the classic "night migration" that would inevitably lead to downtime, the BUIT team proposed and implemented a "floating transition" strategy based on the integration mechanisms of the Datareon Platform.

Using the bus, two-way data exchange between the old and new versions of AlfaAuto in real time was configured. At the intermediate stage, two parallel systems worked: the data entered in any of them instantly replicated to the second. This made it possible to gradually, taking into account the training and readiness of the divisions, transfer the head office and 12 branches to the new platform - without a single failure in accounting for sales, warehouse operations or service.

We were faced with the task not only to update the software, but to ensure technological continuity in a "live" business. We had no right to make a mistake: any malfunction in the work of AlfaAvto meant simple car dealerships, service centers, logistics. Our team has shown exceptional elaboration of the approach: from the audit of the legacy solution to the final transfer of the cloud circuit to the local infrastructure of the customer, - said Alexander Krasilnikov, managing partner of Business Accounting IT LLC.

The choice in favor of DATAREON Platform turned out to be strategically correct. Its flexibility allowed:

  • Enrich data during migration (the new version requires more complete attributes)
  • implement the hybrid architecture: first, a cloud test loop, then - local location for maximum performance and compliance with information security requirements;
  • provide continuous synchronization during 6 months of the active phase of the project and 3 months of pilot operation.

For February, the customer is working on a fully up-to-date, supported and safe version of AlfaAvto. At the same time:

  • 100% of business processes are saved ;
  • removed technical risks of legacy system operation;
  • architectural basis for further development - integration with other products, 1C CRM telematics and real-time analytics is laid down.

The project was another confirmation of the ability of BUIT to solve highly contextual, critical tasks in the context of import substitution and technological sovereignty. Especially in the segment of ERP solutions, where the balance between standardization and customization determines the success of digital transformation.

We have been painstakingly looking for a partner for the implementation of this project for a long time, "said Anna Prozhnaya, IT Director of Basis-Motors LLC. Everyone offered their own vision for solving this time-consuming problem. But the most thoughtful and flexible proposal came from the BUIT team. They didn't just present the concept - using practical examples, including a test bench with our data, they demonstrated the viability of their approach, including working in the mode of two systems at the same time. This was the determining factor. Looking back, I can boldly say: the right choice was made in favor of the performer.
