2025: Moving to "1C:ERP"

LLC Jungheinrich Lifting and Loading Equipment switched from a global corporate enterprise management systems SAP to a system 1C:ERP with an additional module: Management of a 1C leasing company. This was Axenix (formerly Aksencher Russia) Aksenix announced on April 2, 2025, which became the technological partner of the transition. The project took only 5 months. The system was launched as planned without stopping the company.

In Yungheinrich Lifting and Loading Equipment LLC, in the 1C:ERP system, Axenix specialists completed significant improvements in the Service, Lease, Sales and Finance areas as soon as possible. The processes of lease management, calculation of repair schedules and lease payments, accounting for downtime and batch billing of sales were automated. For the Service direction, within the framework of the project, a module for managing the full service cycle of repairs and maintenance of client equipment (more than 100 thousand units) was developed. The solution allows you to track the entire history of service and sale of equipment and spare parts, as well as store all parameters of passport characteristics and performance indicators.

Also, during the project, the system was integrated with the Kontur.Diadok EDMS, the Honest Sign and Traceability of Imported Goods state information systems.

We had a difficult task - to move from SAP to 1C by the beginning of 2025. We chose Axenix, taking into account their experience in the successful implementation of large projects for the implementation of 1C, localization and replacement of foreign solutions. As of April 2025, Jungheinrich has a stable system that takes into account our critical requirements, "said Elizaveta Bakanova, head of the sales development department at Jungheinrich Lifting and Loading Equipment LLC.

The project was completed in several stages. At the first, the Axenix team conducted an express audit and diagnostics of the customer's IT architecture and business processes, collected and clarified the register of critical requirements, and formed a roadmap for implementation. At the second stage, following the results of Fit/Gap analysis, Axenix specialists prepared specifications and developed a subsystem for 1C:ERP that would allow the customer to automate service operations. Developed and connected to ERP module 1C: Management of the leasing company, since Jungheinrich provides customers with services for leasing loaders. At the third stage, the software was tested, data was migrated (including a full cycle of scheduled repairs, the objects of operation themselves, orders) and employees were trained to work with 1C:ERP.

The rapid transition to 1C was made possible not only by the efforts of our project team, but also by the high degree of customer involvement. Jungheinrich specialists were ready to change processes, took a direct part in automation, took on some of the questions with user training. In a short time, we managed to seriously expand the typical functionality of repairs and service in 1C:ERP, significantly improve the leasing module. There are very few successful transitions from SAP to 1C on the market in a short time with such a volume of functionality, usually such a serious expansion of functionality is available to users a year or a half after the start of work, "said Konstantin Maksimov, Managing Director of Axenix.
