2025: Implementation of BPMSoft

IT- the company Orange Process automated the processes of recruitment and development of personnel low-code using the platform (BPMSoft included in the product portfolio of IT holding LANSOFT). HR Resource Growing brought together data candidates and employees in a single system, made the hiring process transparent and scalable, and also allowed top managers of the company to save up to five hours a month on routine tasks.

Before the introduction of HR the -module data of applicants and employees, as well as the history of interactions were stored in disparate Excel-, in files mail and other sources. The selection process depended on the executive's personal involvement, which limited scaling and made it more difficult to control the recruitment stages. There was no single base of recruiting questions and test tasks, which is why the evaluation of candidates was ineffective - unstructured and subjective.

The company set the task of creating a centralized system for maintaining a personnel loop - from the candidate's response to employee development plans. Instead of integrations with ready-made HRM solutions, a choice was made towards the development of its own module in the corporate BPM system based on the low-code BPMSoft platform. This approach allowed to maintain complete control over functionality and data, flexibly adapt processes and reduce costs in the long term.

Resource Growing's HR module has combined two key areas of human resources - hiring and development - into a single digital chain. In the interface, without the participation of developers, you can customize the selection stages, questions and test tasks for specific vacancies. The system automates work with applicants at all stages - from receiving a response to the final decision. A single reference book displays interaction history and interview results. Tasks are independently distributed between interviewers, managers and HR specialists.

By implementing a point system, the evaluation of candidates has become objective: Resource Growing records results, causes of failures and forms aggregated metrics. Managers are now connected only at the final stages, and key HR indicators - the number of applicants, average scores, reasons for failures and the timing of the stages - are available in real time. The system also covers the development of employees: it records competencies, the results of assessments and connects them with the bonus program.

The optimization of HR processes and the implementation of IT solutions made it possible to reduce the burden on top management and standardize hiring. Managers save up to five hours a month on routine tasks, and the number of applicants in the funnel has increased by scaling the process and reducing dependence on one person.

Previously, information about candidates was lost in the mail and Excelfiles-, now everything is collected in one window. We did not just automate the process, but created a centralized system with a history of work and transparency at every stage,
said Oleg Kulak, managing partner of Orange Process.

Our platform allows companies to design their own solutions for any business processes - from personnel management to customer interaction. This approach helps to reduce operational costs and improve the efficiency of teams,
noted Vladimir Chanyshev, director of the partner department of BPMSoft.
