2023: Implementation of the "Dispatcher" system

The industrial integrator UltimaTech"" completed the project to create a set of methodological materials for managing the system Dispatcher"" at seven production sites of the Machine-building division. Rosatom Ultimatek announced this on May 21, 2024.

The company's joint project was implemented throughout 2023. During this time, UltimaTek experts studied the business processes of the Rosatom Machine-Building Division, which allowed them to immerse themselves in the work of enterprises in detail and develop a set of detailed guidelines for working with the Dispatcher system introduced at the enterprises of the state corporation's machine-building division. In the future, the division will be able to apply the received methodology to any of its sites, regardless of its specifics.

As part of the project, the integrator team analyzed and unified the data in the system, transferred the software module for creating analytical dashboards and reports and trained employees who will work in the AIS "Dispatcher" software environment on their own.

According to the experts of the integrator UltimaTek, while working on the project, the team managed to highlight the main areas that should be paid attention to when introducing digital technologies in large enterprises: plan a full-fledged implementation of solutions and their deep integration into processes and existing corporate systems. The second important aspect is the interest of the top management of enterprises in improving processes and direct participation in working with new systems.

The first stage of operation will definitely require various management decisions, and the participation of the first persons in this process will help accelerate changes. The third aspect that requires additional attention is training. When introducing new software, a personnel training course is always carried out, but it must be carried out again in 6-8 months to answer the questions that the team has accumulated during the real operation of the implemented solution, as well as consolidate the acquired skills.

Digitalization is not just the installation of some software, albeit complex. It is important to "land" it on production processes. The Dispatcher information system installed at the enterprises of the Rosatom Engineering Division is developing dynamically, so it was decided to immerse itself in more detail in the issue of its operation in production. In the process of implementing the project, we understood, that a number of difficulties in working with the system consisted precisely in the method of its use Our team was able to highlight aspects that require special attention, and together with the customer we found ways to effectively solve the task, "said Pavel Rastopshin, CEO of UltimaTek.

As a result, we have formed a unified methodology for interpreting Dispatcher data, which will allow us to transform information into transparent indicators for making management decisions: on the possibilities of intra-regional cooperation, the potential to attract external orders, as well as to assess the need for additional investment costs for the purchase of equipment, which is especially important at the current moment. In addition, the benchmarking procedure has now been systematized, objective KPIs of personnel have been formed to assess the efficiency of the operation of existing equipment, - added Sergey Bondarenko, deputy head of the Engineering Division of Rosatom.

Systems for monitoring the operation of industrial equipment in the enterprise help to control production technology, allocate resources more efficiently and organize reporting. In the future, the companies plan to increase the number of connected equipment to the Dispatcher AIS and expand the functionality of the working system at the enterprises of the Rosatom Engineering Division.
