The project of automation of warehouse logistics at the Technoflex plant in Ryazan has been completed. The circulation solution is so precisely tuned to TECHNONICOL processes that implementation projects require less and less effort from the participating specialists. The Technoflex plant in Ryazan is a full-cycle enterprise specializing in the production of waterproofing and roofing bitumen-polymer membranes.

The introduction of AXELOT WMS in the warehouse during production in Ryazan was the next stage in a large-scale modernization project, which has been jointly implemented by TECHNONICOL and AXELOT for several years.

This project can be called "pure replication," since the AXELOT solution has been repeatedly tested in the conditions of daily operation at previous automation facilities. AXELOT specialists did not need to make a single change: everything from adapting business processes to configuring integration has been thought out and implemented several times.

An object with an area of ​ ​ 28,000 sq.m. has entered the contour of the project. At the same time, most, 95%, is an open area. Each warehouse transaction is now carried out using the shipping documentation and fixed in AXELOT WMS. The system controls the receiving and shipping processes and plans the placement of pallets so as to make the most of the entire available storage area. The use of AXELOT WMS also allows TECHNONICOL to automate internal transactions, such as inventory, which is carried out both by location and composition, ensuring that information on the status of stock is constantly updated.

The introduction of AXELOT WMS at the Ryazan plant TECHNONIKOL was a good example of replicating the solution. The chosen approach, based on the centralized development of the solution, made it possible to implement this project with minimal resources.

The universal circulation solution developed on the basis of AXELOT WMS accelerates the global automation of TECHNONICOL logistics and significantly reduces labor costs for system implementation. One after another, the branches of the corporation receive at their disposal a tool for monitoring logistics processes and improving the efficiency of the warehouse.
