The main request of the franchise project The Bull was to automate the processes of the IT direction of establishments and the back office so that software, office equipment, cash registers and video surveillance systems work without interruptions. It is the stable operation of the front office that ensures the qualitative development of all restaurants, as well as makes scaling according to the franchise model systemic and predictable.
According to The Bull, most of the applications are sent by restaurant managers through a mobile application, as this is convenient and allows you not to be distracted for a long time from the most important - guests of our restaurants. Applications are not lost and executed on time.
In addition to automating IT in The Bull restaurants, Okdesk is configured to exchange applications with contractors. This allows everyone to work in their "space" on the one hand, and on the other, it makes the process from registration to execution of the application end-to-end, transparent, manageable.
