Toimart implemented Axelot WMS in a warehouse in Almaty

2025: Axelot WMS Rollout

AXELOT implemented the Toimart warehouse automation project in Almaty, introducing WMS to manage commodity flows. Thanks to AXELOT WMS, Toimart has accelerated logistics processes, reduced costs by minimizing manual labor and eliminated errors. Axelot announced this on November 1, 2025.

The introduction of AXELOT WMS automated all key operations at the Toimart warehouse in Almaty. The system distributes goods to zones (taking into account the type of supply and temperature conditions), optimizes SKU placement by demand (High/Medium/Low) and monitors quality before shipment.

Toimart is a company that is part of the Sabyrzhan Group and has been successfully developing retail and wholesale areas for more than 25 years, manages its own production and imports products.

After automation, the Toimart warehouse began to work as a debugged mechanism:

• reduced processing time - from acceptance to shipment;
• the number of errors decreased due to the human factor;
• staff spend less time on routine tasks;
• A systematic approach to process design allows you to quickly identify and eliminate bottlenecks.

Now Toimart uses the resources of its warehouse 100% so that the shelves of the retail chain have always fresh products, and deliveries to partners are accurate and timely.
