2025: Obtaining permission to integrate with the ESIA

X5 Group received permission from the Ministry of Digital Development to integrate with the ESIA (Unified Identification and Authentication System). When filling out a questionnaire for employment, the candidate can upload his data directly from the Public services, which will speed up the recruitment of employees to the Pyaterochka and Perekrestok stores. In the future, the decision will allow hiring employees in one day. The company announced this on March 27, 2025.

Previously, the store director at an interview entered information about the applicant into the company's systems manually and then sent them for verification. Now the candidate receives a link to the questionnaire. In the personal account developed by the Kh5, he can fill it out on his own or automatically download the current data from the Public services (full name, passport data, SNILS, etc.). You do not need to bring paper documents or copies of them for an interview.

The transfer of personal data goes through a secure channel and with the communications mandatory consent of the candidate. The IT solution simplifies and speeds up hiring for both the job seeker and the store manager. The number of errors that occurred during manual data processing is also reduced. This approach will allow X5 to reduce the time for registration of employees by about 6 times and improve the candidate's digital path.

Prior to this, only state and some commercial organizations had access to integration with ESIA, for example, insurance companies, banks, telecom operators, etc. In just two months, the ESIA Connect system was created, its own Kh5 Klyuch employee authentication system and an HR system for selecting and processing candidates were integrated. The company successfully conducted the first test connection to ESIA at the end of December 2024. Completion of the pilot and scaling of the project is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025. Kh5 Group also plans to apply for participation in the experiment in other business units.

Now hiring the specialists necessary for us - sellers, bakers, store administrators - will become much more efficient. In the future, we want to completely switch to electronic employment.
