Project Effect

Automation of the dispatching center allows to keep quickly account of the requests which arrived from inhabitants qualitatively to exercise the subsequent control of terms of accomplishment, to effectively organize work of contractors; to automatically notify managers on closing of the request. In the Malahit program: LiveCity for control of performing discipline by the head is provided preserving complete the history of each request: acceptance terms in work, accomplishment and closing. Besides, each request becomes attached to the order according to which the house is known, the contractor, the performed works and the material consumption that it allows to create automatically acts of write-off (M-29 form) and to send them for approval of the set frequency.

House accounting does possible write-off of materials on all housing facilities which are in management of Beregovoy Municipal Unitary Enterprise. Allows economists to distribute the cost of services of third parties on housing facilities by different methods: in proportion to the areas, equal shares, a manual method, etc. Consolidation of all expenses on the house including loaded from external systems provides automatic formation of the annual report for inhabitants that now is the mandatory requirement of the Standard of disclosure of information.

The Planning of Repairs function simplifies creation of acts of surveys in the reference book of housing facilities with indication of the making structural elements, allows to keep the electronic passport of the house with indication of any characteristics. Automatic creation of templates of the inspection report based on the filled structural elements of the house, with attachment of photos of defects and automatic creation of deficiencies lists and plans of repairs after approval and the approval of Inspection reports allows to plan running repair of housing facilities, to place priorities of the planned works (including on danger degree), to control the budget of each house and a share of expenses on running repair.
