The PARUS-Enterprise 8 project in FGAOU VPO "the Kazan (Volga) Federal University" is complete

The Istsoft company completed the project on automation of accounting and tax accounting in FGAOU VPO "the Kazan (Volga) Federal University" Kazan. The project is executed based on the PARUS-Enterprise 8 software product.

Distinctive features of this project are:

• Setup of a system, for ensuring accounting, allowing to obtain data in several analytical cuts, including for the economic analysis by the centers of financial accounting, financial planning and budget performance monitoring of expenses;
• Maintaining in the system of information by more than 650 financing sources, more than 120 centers of the financial responsibility.
• Features of transition from budget accounting to accounting in autonomous organizations are considered.
• Setup of allocation of costs according to "the self-supporting scheme" for autonomous organizations, including selection of costs of "the main production", "auxiliary production", "general running costs";
• Setup of accounting of intraeconomic calculations between structural divisions of higher education institution;
• Setup in the system of tax accounting;

The carried-out works allowed: reduce labor input of conducting accounting and tax accounting; increase efficiency of preparation of the regulated reporting; raise accounting accuracy of the data.
