The NORBIT company (enters into LANIT group), the expert in the IT consulting market, at the end of March, 2018 announced implementation of the CRM system based on the bpm'online platform from Terrasoft company in electrotechnical company "AVS electro".
Using bpm’online AVS electro integrated key processes of the company in a common information space: from customer interaction on all channels and sales management before control of the project progress.
The software solution based on bpm’online stores the large volume of customer information and vendors: contact information, convenient time and method of communication, significant events, history of interaction. In the single interface data on the budget and terms of the project, tasks and the detail schedule of works are also submitted.
The CRM system allows to keep track of the status of tasks, to plan target indicators and to create analytical reports about the done work of each manager. Besides, employees AVS electro can use the knowledge base with technical and normative and methodical documentation.
Our company created the general information space for all employees participating in sales process and customer service.
