Norbita project
The NORBIT company completed at the end of 2009 a main loop of works of the first stage of the project on implementation of SAP applications of ERP and industry solution of SAP for Retail in Bakhetle trade production company in Kazan. The range of shops of the company contains 35-40 thousand names, at the same time self-produced products make more than 34% of the aggregate turnover of network.
The project started in the fall of 2007. The created solution was designed to replace the financial accounting system operating at that time in the company and also to cover such fields of business as management of commodity logistics, production management, real estate administration, customer relationship management, strategic planning.
The management of finance implemented in a system includes maintaining managerial, accounting and tax accounting, management of fixed assets, liquidity of the enterprise, financial management. Besides, the functionality for management of commodity logistics was configured, accounting and merchandising in own production is automated, integration with the POS system is executed.
In total as a result of implementation of the first stage of the project about 230 jobs as a part of auditing and financial departments, department of management accounting, accounting, the sales department, department of retail, department of the nomenclature and pricing and production division should be automated.
Based on the first stage of works the decision on expansion of volume of all project was made – implementation of a specialized packet for mobile terminals of the data collection which is also implemented on the SAP platform was added to the volume planned earlier.
Among the results achieved at the moment in the company note optimization of financial and logistic business processes which are shown in increase in accuracy, efficiency and justification of the made management decisions.
At the second stage system implementation of SAP CRM and the application for real estate administration and also automation of a system of strategic planning and the analytical reporting is planned. System implementation of management of trade space and its integration into the SAP ERP software applications is also planned.
Support from IBS
In October, 2010 it became known that the IBS company will perform maintenance of a corporate information system of Bakhetle. The retail network of supermarkets transferred service functions of the system created based on technologies of SAP, to specialists of the Service center IBS for support of business applications.
The Bakhetle supermarket chain is provided in Moscow, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk. In 2008 Bakhetle for business process automation of 16 shops of network and the central office in Kazan implemented a corporate information system on the SAP platform. In this project the IBS company implemented an infrastructure part.
Specialists of IBS provided in Bakhetla SAP Basis support (applications SAP ERP and SAP BI), remote administration of a corporate system, pro-active monitoring, elimination of problems in system operation, user support and rendering necessary consultations to them.
Considering the fact that technical support of infrastructure on which SAP solutions are deployed, on the basis of the long-term contract specialists of IBS also perform, to Bakhetla receives all complex of services and a uniform point of responsibility for operability of the system.
