With the help of AXELOT TMS and AXELOT SCAP, Terem has automated transportation management processes - from accepting applications with the selection of suitable vehicles to a plan of actual analysis. Axelot (Axelot) announced this on December 15, 2023.

TEREM is the official distributor of the world's leading manufacturers of equipment for the installation of heating, water supply and sewage systems. The company has been on the market since 1991 and has been supplying high-quality and reliable products to partners for more than 30 years. Thermotechnical equipment from TEREM is successfully operated in engineering systems of buildings and structures for housing, industrial, social and commercial purposes.

TEREM delivers equipment to its partners using its own and hired vehicles. To effectively manage applications that are carried out by third-party carriers, TEREM management decided to use a specialized software product. A system with wide functionality and flexible configuration was needed. The choice of the company settled on AXELOT TMS for transportation management automation and an additional AXELOT SCAP module for route planning automation.

Flights are now scheduled automatically according to the restrictions set up in the system, which, if necessary, are adjusted by the logist. AXELOT SCAP made it possible to expand automatic planning in terms of taking into account the compatibility of vehicle bodies with transported goods and supplementing existing flights.

The introduction of the system has simplified interaction with carriers, now it is carried out through a special workplace. Using AXELOT TMS, the selection of carriers and the distribution of notifications to the selected performers takes place automatically. At the same time, the hired carriers give feedback and send the documents necessary for further cooperation in the same way using the system, but through their workplace.

Charging also "moved" to AXELOT TMS. The system allows you to set up and set different pricing rules.

As part of the AXELOT project, TMS was integrated with CIS via DATAREON ESB. Integration made it possible to automate the unloading of applications for transportation from CIS to TMS, invoices for payment from TMS to CIS and other documents and directories.

For December 2023, the management of TEREM plans to develop the implemented system.
