1C Company: The first BIT completed the project of complex automation of Флорист.ру LLC company by means of the solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8", the press service of the company integrator reported on June 6, 2013.

Reasons and bases

Earlier customer orders were processed using spreadsheets. Having received the order, the operator fixed his parameters on paper and reported information to production. On production the order cost then the operator called up to the client was calculated and called to it a total sum. If the client did not accept cost - process repeated again. In such operation mode each operator could accept no more than 20 requests day, otherwise there could be a confusion on production or by transfer of ready orders in courier service.

With growth of popularity of service the number of the arriving requests increased. To provide high service rate of clients, it was required to organize operational order processing, to provide timely reservation of materials and products in production division, to improve quality of planning of receipts and the material consumption. Besides, it was necessary to strengthen control over the implementation of ready orders. Therefore the management made the decision on creation of a new information system. As the software product for the solution of these tasks 1C: Integrated Automation 8 was selected. 1C Company became the partner in implementation : The first BIT.

Result

In March, 2012 a system is brought into operation. For June 6, 2013 in "1C: Komleksny automation 8" works 20 users of head office in Kazan, work of accounting, a warehouse, production, personnel department and commercial service is completely automated.

  • Operational management of warehouse stocks is organized.

  • The quality and service rate of clients increased.

  • As a result the average speed of order processing was tripled. Errors at their formation are excluded. Clients receive goods in time and in the correct complete set.

  • Control of receipt of payments from clients is strengthened.

Arseny Kurin, the head of IT department of Флорист.ру LLC noted: "In a project deliverable processes of interaction between customer relations department and production service considerably became simpler. Information exchange happens almost instantly that the most positive image affected processing speed and accomplishment of orders. Work became simple and effective. After introduction of a system to operation we executed already more than 100,000 orders, all clients are happy, service rate increased three times, there are no errors at a complete set of orders any more. We are happy with the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 system and we are going to broaden the sphere of its application using 1C: The first BIT".
