Specialists of data center "1C-Rarus" automated section on customer relationship management in GLOSAV company. Using "1C:CRM Prof" the enterprise will organize sales of a satellite monitoring system of GLONASS. The system of accounting of work with clients is created, the controllability the customer base, sales and load of personnel increased.
For process automation of customer relations the company management GLOSAV made the decision on implementation of the 1C:Enterprise 8 of CRM Prof program. The management of the enterprise asked for the help in project implementation developer company of this software – 1C-Rarus.
Specialists 1C-Rarus helped the company to organize effective work on all sections of customer interaction, including:

- 2. Marketing;
- 3. Service maintenance.
5 jobs are automated. Within the project are rendered to consultation on setup of parameters of accounting of a system, creation of interfaces and roles of users.
The GLOSAV company got the following advantages in a project deliverable:
