Summary: The 1C-Rarus company took part in automation of a customer relationship management system of the Russian division of Caterpillar Financial which is a part of Caterpillar Inc. Integration of "1C:CRM Prof" into the Microsoft Outlook mail server allowed to load and store in a system all history of correspondence with clients. Project implementation promoted increase in efficiency of work of account executives of Katerpillar Faynenshl LLC and improvement of communication with customers.

Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation is financial division of Caterpillar Inc. company, the world's largest producer of the construction and mining equipment, turbine and diesel jets and industrial gas turbines. Caterpillar Financial is created for rendering financial services to the clients purchasing machinery and equipment of Caterpillar and provided more, than 30 divisions worldwide. In July, 2002 the Moscow division of Katerpillar Faynenshl LLC company through which financial services to clients in Russia and Kazakhstan predostavltsya was open. Today Katerpillar Faynenshl LLC is one of market leaders of leasing of the construction equipment in Russia and the CIS countries.

The success of daily communications with clients directly influences a financial result of the company and substantially depends on convenience and simplicity of work with databases and availability of information about clients.

The information system in the company is constructed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. For increase in efficiency of work with clients in an information system the company management made the decision on expansion of program capabilities in the block of relationship with partners.

The new functionality had to solve the following problems: • Expand automation of the main business processes on work with clients; • Improve the mechanism of fixing of history of customer relations; • Add the existing process of control during the work with receivables. For achievement of assigned tasks the management of Katerpillar Faynenshl LLC selected industry solution of "1C:CRM of Building". As the partner in automation the 1C-Rarus company - developer of a product and the leader in the market of implementations of CRM systems was attracted.

During the project integration of "1C:CRM of Building" into the Microsoft Outlook mail server was configured that allowed to improve maintaining story at implementation of business correspondence with clients. The possibility of storage of the files attached to letters in network storage provided a poddezhrka of optimal volume of information base.

Katerpillar Faynenshl LLC successfully uses the 1C:CRM of Building functions for work with receivables. This program allows to perform group call-downs, mailing of letters and SMS. A system automatically reminds employees of need to make call-down of clients.

According to Mikhail Tokarev, the head of Katerpillar Faynenshl LLC customer relations department, "project implementation allowed to increase efficiency of work of specialists of customer relations department, to improve process of communication with external partners and also to improve maintaining history at communication with them. We calculate that project implementation will give positive long-term effect for business and will provide higher level of service of our clients".
