As part of the project, a comprehensive working environment was created based on CRM and the Bitrix 24 corporate portal, which allows you to manage all stages of the supply chain in a single window. This made it easier to track orders, helped improve employee productivity, and improved customer experience.

Earlier, many processes in the 2K-line company were not automated and were executed in spreadsheets. Managers spent a lot of time processing orders from customers and generating load lists for each truck. Customs risks were also calculated manually.

As a result of the project, the company has significantly optimized a number of logistics business processes, which had a positive effect on the quality of customer service, "said Mikhail Arkhipov, system administrator of the 2K-line company.

One of the key results of the project was the creation of a personal account for the company's customers, where they can place orders, track their statuses and receive all the necessary documentation. Integration with the customs risk tracking service allows customers to assess possible transportation problems in advance and calculate the cost of delivery directly in their personal account. This functionality significantly increases the transparency of interaction with customers and facilitates the communication process.

As part of the project, the process of tracking deliveries was fully automated, involving many stages, from loading to customs clearance.

Also optimized the processes of formation and delivery of trade parties. Managers can now combine orders to be sent by one machine, set up routes, and select available transport through an interactive menu in CRM. At all stages of logistics, complex QR codes are installed, which allow you to automatically update the status of orders, ensuring the reliability and safety of goods.

The project made it possible to create a simple and functional IT infrastructure, which became the basis of the customer's business. All processes of the company are now either executed directly in Bitrix24 or synchronized with it, which significantly increases the control and quality of supply chain management.
