ABI Product increased performance of warehouse processes by 20% with SAP EWM

2019: Completion of SAP implementation of Extended Warehouse Management

On December 13, 2019 the SAP CIS company reported that ABI Product completed the project on system implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) for control automation by finished goods warehouses. As a result of the company it was succeeded to increase performance of warehouse processes by 20%, to lower operating costs of FOT of warehouse logistics of 18%, to increase the level of customer service and practically to exclude non-commercial write-offs because of the errors in a warehouse connected with violation of rotation of goods.

The company selected the SAP solution EWM for the purpose of ensuring the most effective work of warehouse complexes of finished goods: provide smooth functioning with a growth of a goods turnover, configure the personified accounting of all transactions, lower operating costs and avoid idle times of all complex.

The TeamIdea company acted as the partner in implementation.
