QSOFT developed mobile application for GC AUTOHOUSE and GC - Autospecial center the Russian automobile holdings. The application became an additional channel of interaction with the audience, and its development made it possible to automate business processes and reduce the burden on call centers companies. This application is equipped with functionality for both current and potential customers. Qsoft announced this on June 11, 2024.

For those who already use the services of company dealerships, the personal account now has the opportunity to add their cars to the virtual garage. Here, for convenience, all information about the car is stored, as well as the history of technical inspections (repairs and formed orders). Moreover, the service will remind the user to take out insurance or undergo maintenance.

In the mobile application, you can not only leave a request, but also choose a convenient time and specialist, add a reminder to the calendar or build a route to the nearest service center. In addition, the client will see in the application his level of the bonus program, the history of transactions on accruals and debits, up-to-date information on the currently existing tariffs. When visiting the dealership, each guest has the opportunity to quickly generate a qr code for receiving welcome coffee in their application.

For potential customers, the application has a catalog transport of funds available for purchase (from cars to motor and commercial). transport Any car can be saved in favorites or shared, view detailed photos and descriptions, spin in 360 panorama, get information about promotions, sign up for a test drive.
