Description

In 2021, the company's management decides on the need to create a unified information system that meets modern business requirements and unites accounting for all divisions of the company as a whole.

It was decided to start the creation of the system with the project for the implementation of production accounting. The main reason for starting the project was the possibility of obtaining an automated calculation of the planned cost and detailed calculation of the cost of finished products with the ability to take into account production costs. Also, by the beginning of the project, there were difficulties with refinements of the current system, which had been highly customized by that time (based on the outdated 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management configuration) and its updating to meet new legislative requirements.

Before the start of the project, the following goals were formulated:

  • Implementation of a modern information system integrated with current accounting systems to ensure continuous execution of the company's production processes;
  • The ability to develop, support and promptly update software with any changes in legislation;
  • Automation of the company's current production processes;
  • Automation of calculation of planned cost and actual cost of manufactured products;
  • Formation of management reporting in terms of Production.

The software product "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" was chosen as the basis for the project implementation. The partner for the project was the Nizhny Novgorod branch of 1C-Rarus as a reliable and responsible contractor who has a staff of qualified specialists.

As a result of the implementation, the production accounting unit was automated in terms of data management with details on production orders, accounting for shift-daily tasks and the generation of employees for shift-daily tasks, accounting for processors, accounting for scrap, accounting for operations at partial release, accounting for production costs, calculating the planned calculation in terms of regulatory production costs and regulatory nomenclature costs, calculating the actual cost and actual analysis plan.

During the implementation of the Production subsystem, a large number of integration flows were developed, which currently continuously provide automated exchange for units that are not included in the project boundaries between the developed system of the Customer "1C: Holding" (based on the highly modified "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management") and the system "1C: ERP."

As a result of the project, a system based on "1C: ERP" was introduced, which meets modern requirements and business development goals with the possibility of further automation of other accounting blocks of the enterprise, as well as allows you to quickly update the configuration with the release of new solutions and legislative requirements.

Currently, 1C-Rarus employees provide the necessary consulting support to users.
