AK Bars Bank created a management system for a portfolio and programs of projects of bank

On July 27, 2018 the Advanta Consulting company announced creation of a management system for a portfolio and programs of the projects "Ak Bars of Bank" using the Advanta system.

Building of PJSC AK Bars Bank

For further development the management of Bank was going to continue expansion to regions and to strengthen positions at the federal level due to process automation of project management.

For strategy implementation of development the following tasks were set for the project:

• Define the principles of project management, uniform for Bank.
• Create a monitoring system and control of projects.
• Create a monitoring system of strategic indicators and achievement of goals.

Project Results

"For strategy implementation of development the decision on implementation of culture of project management was made, and as a project management system the Advanta system was selected. The development strategy of Bank is implemented in a format of several hundred projects which, the queue, are united in programs for each business direction. Maintaining structure of programs, planning, monitoring and control of implementation of each project is exercised in the Advanta system. At any moment the management of Bank can obtain operational information about the status of implementation of any project, take measures for elimination of deviations or risks and in advance to develop steps which will allow to implement successfully the specific project and the development strategy in general". Results:

• Based on the Advanta platform the management system for a project portfolio, programs and separate projects is created.
• The principles of planning for pilot projects are defined.
• The reporting for monitoring of projects is prepared.
• Monitoring of project implementation using different forms of data collection is configured.
• In a system regular collecting of the statuses of project implementation is performed.
• A common information space for all divisions of bank is created.

For July, 2018 in a system 5994 tasks are traced 127 predproyektov/proyektov/meropriyaty projects. In a system 300 active users work.
